Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. (30 days for international orders)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
All sales items are non exchangeable or refundable
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Therefore, please ensure that the correct size is chosen before purchasing as we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges once your order has been placed. Latest sale information: 16 June - 18 June: 25% off only applies to a minimum purchase of $50.
Refunds
Kindly note that your refund will be credited back to you in store credits only. We will only proceed with the return when we receive your item(s). You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. We are also unable to cover the shipping cost for your returns.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that the store credits will be issued.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, please send us a direct email to support@mrsdeco.com with the subject being “exchange of item (order no.)”. Please note that this is subject to stock availability and we will then continue to confirm with you if this is possible or not.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
